What’s included in the Basic plan?
The Basic plan is intended for practitioners using FieldDoc to meet funding requirements. It includes the essential tools for preparing and submitting activity records. For advanced features and tools, choose the Standard or Aggregator plans.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. If FieldDoc is a good fit for your organization’s nature-based work, please contact us at support@fielddoc.org to upgrade.
I already have a FieldDoc account. How will I be affected by these subscription options?
Your account will stay on the free Basic plan, so you can continue working with funders as usual—no changes needed. If you’re ready to explore FieldDoc 2.0 features beyond grant reporting, like project tracking or custom data views, we can help you upgrade to the new Standard plan. Just reach out and we’ll walk you through the process.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Reach out to our team and we'll downgrade you to the Basic plan. You will retain access to all existing activity and metric data.
The Aggregator plan seems like the best fit for my organization. What services are included and how do you determine cost?
The Aggregator plan is built for funders who need consistent, reliable reporting across multiple programs or partners. Aggregator gives you:
- A shared reporting space for applicants and grantees
- Custom guidance and workflows tailored to your program
- Integrated analytics and mapping tools to show your impact
- Optional hands-on support and program management
